Jessica builds the capacity of math instructors in TenSquare partner schools through curriculum support, instructional coaching and professional development. She brings more than 13 years of experience as a secondary math instructor (Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Honors Geometry), mentor teacher, lead teacher, trainer and instructional leader in school districts including Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools (NC), Gwinnett County Public Schools and Richmond County School System (GA), Knox County Schools (TN) and the New Orleans Military and Marine Academy (LA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Accounting from Augusta State University, a V.O.L.S. Lead Administration Certificate from the University of Tennessee, an Education Specialist degree in Teaching and Learning from Liberty University, and a Master of Arts in Education, Counseling and Psychology from Troy University.
