School Performance Data Manager
Carla builds the capacity of partner school data teams through individualized coaching and support. Carla has expertise in K-12 attendance, enrollment, discipline, PowerSchool and PowerSchool enrollment/registration systems, grading and report cards, Clever, local assessments, state tests, as well as building and maintaining custom trackers for monitoring and performance management. Carla has deep knowledge in OSSE and PCSB accountability frameworks, leading and developing training on OSSE’s STAR and Report Cards, and PCSB’s PMF and Transitional Goals policies. Prior to joining TenSquare, Carla served as Data Team Manager supporting data compliance at 27 DC public charter schools, and as a Data and Finance Associate for Teach for America DC. Carla holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in Geography and Environmental Studies.
